Under my YouTube video Eclipse i find this comment from a kind youtube friend



"I am so very confused to why your videos don't have many views....
I play classical guitar myself, no where near as good as you but my theory on why you don't have as many views as Luccorelli and G.A.Clark, is probably because you don't compose nearly as much.... Or at least I'm guessing. But you have the potential, and I think you should do so, and get your music out there!"


I would like to thank this friend who cares so kind of why I do not do a lot of views on youtube like other classical guitarists.

and i think about my favorite film director of all the times : Werner Herzog.

once one of his films was much criticized by the public that whistled and he stood up and said: "you're all wrong !"

I think that art can not always be popular and if it is too much popular... it is not art.

but perhaps these guitarists are better than me, I do not know, I've never heard their names before

as Werner Herzog said : That man is a head taller than me. That may change.

but maybe too tall for me are these guitarists :

John Williams

Andres Segovia

they are great artist of classical guitar... real classical guitarist with a real classical guitar technique and many views on youtube. 

I  have only more then a million views to my videos and thousands of subscribers to my page...
but they are not few because they are experts in classical guitar and not confuse it with the folk guitar.

So... if you subscribe to my youtube channel

Do not expect from me executions of pieces of music that I do not believe, just to increase my views. I play a piece just if i love it.

Do not expect from me songs arranged by someone other than Takemitsu or Angelo Gilardino.
Arranged from great musicians and great composers...
if Angelo Gilardino will arrange a song by The Beatles maybe I will execute this piece.
Just because a great composer can make a great arrangement.


Do not expect from me a tremolo for every famous piece. For example Jeux Interdits it is not a tremolo. I'll never play Jeux Interdits - Spanish Romance as a tremolo because it is bad music.

Do not expect from me that I play with a big echo effect. I hate echo effects if it is too much  because it hides errors and it is a bad sound for a classical guitarist.

Fantascienza e Chitarra Classica

Oggi ho fatto in venti minuti tre nuovi video di chitarra classica , tutti rigorosamente "buona la prima", tenendo gli errorini, i micro errori, senza editing e trucchi vari in modo da aumentare al massimo l'effetto live e l'effetto onestà : questo è il chitarrista Daniele Magli senza trucchi e senza inganni , senza dubbio un grande chitarrista.

L'ho già detto tante volte, che senso ha ingannare se stessi pubblicando su YouTube video falsi
pieni di editing e montati in varie sequenze ?

Che senso ha pubblicare pagando dei libri delle proprie composizioni per poi venderle nel forum italiano della chitarra classica ?.....

Comunque tre video in venti minuti e nuovo record personale stabilito !

Si tratta di Romance de los Pinos ( Montemayor ) di Federico Moreno-Torroba
suonata tenendo conto dello stile di Segovia a me tanto caro e al quale ho dedicato una pagina del mio sito ( Segovia Style ).

Julia Florida di Agustin Barrios detto Mangoré , artista che amo ma che soffro un po' nel senso che non mi è molto congeniale tecnicamente al contrario di Villa -Lobos e Tarrega per esempio che si sposano alla perfezione con le caratteristiche delle mie mani e della mia tecnica chitarristica.

Con Julia Florida ho dato una buona interpretazione smentendo in parte questo pregiudizio che ho di me stesso.


Il terzo video è  Solaris una mia nuova composizione per la raccolta SCI-FI STUDIES for classical guitar.

Gli Studi di Fantascienza per chitarra classica tutti dedicati ai film di fantascienza che per un qualche motivo mi hanno ispirato a comporre.

Si intitola Solaris ed è dedicato alla versione del 1972 di Solaris che da bambino mi faceva una paura tremenda quando lo facevano in televisione.

è un pezzo composto con la Alzapua technique, la tecnica flamenco del pollice a pletro.
avevo già composto uno dei miei Lunar studies dedicati alla missione Apollo, con questa tecnica.

Ma quanti sono oggi i miei  Sci-fi studies ?  vediamo...

Vi lascio con la mia interpretazione di SOLARIS e vi faccio notare anche la mia interpretazione da attore, nel senso che interpreto un po' il classico cattivo da film di fantascienza, un robot ribelle dal Mondo dei Robot

Guitar Tremolo or Travel to Mars ?

For many guitarists learn the classical guitar tremolo seems to be difficult as a space travel to Mars.
But the tremolo technique is much easier than a cosmic journey !

but studying classical guitar as if you were immortal

the tremolo is easy if you study the 120 Arpeggios by Mauro Giuliani
and then these my compositions for the right hand technique:

1) Twilight

2) Soul Wind

3) Angels

4) Armstrong Moon

5) Serenity

these pieces will make your perfect technique and your right hand a precision machine!

Tremolo guitar technique takes a year of trials constant, 15 minutes a day at least.
...do not cheat yourself, take up your clock, 15 minutes of "Sea of tranquility" , every day.


then you can play the most beautiful piece of easy tremolo ever made

but... there is a but !

after your tremolo will be carved and accurately it must will become musical and expressive.

espressivo very very artistic... dolce , rubato with legato di suono.

 that's the difference between me and some "players" barking... not, sorry, playing like dogs in the  Italian Guitar Forum
( and they are teachers in the Italian state school , incredible and shameful, but this is a problem that we have in Italy, there is no meritocracy )

sorry if I changed the subject... we are talking about Tremolo now.

you can have a tremolo expressive only when you know to be on rhythm and volume
piano, pianissimo, forte, mezzoforte as you wish you have to control with perfect nails
built on the shape of your fingertip and hanging.

always accompanied the ring finger of your right hand with your pinky

and then you got it, you play perfect Sea Of Tranquility
because the man went to the moon, and so you can learn the tremolo... with tranquility !

Viatge a Barcelona

Hola, estic intentant escriure en Català.
Jo era a Barcelona. Vaig arribar amb avió des de Venècia el 8 de març de 2013.
Barcelona és una ciutat meravellosa, Vaig anar a veure el Museu Picasso, la Fundació Miró, el Parc Güell, les cases de Gaudí, El restaurant 4 Gats..... També vaig veure Messi i Iniesta Camp Nou ( Barcelona - Deportivo 2-0 ) !

Vaig estar a Barcelona per motius de guitarra clàssica espanyola,
però també per fer turisme per Barcelona és una ciutat bonica i et recomano una visita!


Espero haver escrit en correcte Català, i us saludo a tots els amics de Barcelona .... ens veiem aviat!

Thank you for your many visits from Delcamp  classical guitar forum in English.
As you know I can not get into the forum for a while  because of two rude people
in the italian Forum ( annoying people and guitarists shameful and unable, I think one of them is also in the English forum, be careful, you do not learn anything good from that guy ).

During this time I am composing a lot and I'm playing :
